For orders within the Continental USA
Refunds are available for up to 30 days from the date you received your order. Within 30 days, we will refund your cash or check, or credit your charge card. To qualify for a refund, you must request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA please email email@example.com and include the Order ID number for your purchase. If your return is the result of an error by Eye for the Find, we will provide you with a prepaid return label. We will also refund all applicable shipping costs paid on the product you are returning. If your return is NOT the result of an error by Eye for the Find, you will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the order including the cost to return the product.
We advise that you use a reliable carrier for refund products that offers tracking (UPS, FedEx or postal service with tracking). You are responsible for assuring that the product arrives at the return center in its original unaltered condition.
After 30 days, we are sorry, but we cannot offer a refund.
Returning a Gift
If you have received a gift from Eye for the Find and would like to return it, you may do so by requesting a REM via email at firstname.lastname@example.org during the 30-day period following the original delivery date of the order. As soon as the return is received, we will issue you a check. Please know that we will not alert the person that gave the gift of your return request.
Damaged Products/Incomplete Orders/Incorrect Products
At Eye for the Find, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged product, incomplete order or incorrect products, please email us immediately at email@example.com. In your message please include your name, email address and Order ID number. Please provide as much information as possible about the problem. If you received incorrect merchandise due to our error, we will send you a pre-paid postage for your return.
Any products that might be missing from your order or damaged will be replaced as soon as possible at no additional charge to you, including shipping.
Additional Important Notes on Art-Glass Pieces
All of our art-glass products are handmade. Inherent in handmade processes are some minor variations. We believe this is part of the beauty of handcrafted goods. If you are not pleased with your product, please return it within 30 days according to the instructions above.
Refunds are not available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our Returns Center, located at 4126 SE Tolman St., Portland, Oregon 97202.
