Damaged Products; Incomplete Orders; Incorrect Products

At Eye for the Find, Inc. your satisfaction is our priority. If you have received a damaged product, an incomplete order or incorrect products, please e-mail us immediately at orders@eyeforthefind.com. In your message, please include your name, e-mail address and Order ID number or use the contact form. Please provide us as much information as possible about the problem.

If you received incorrect merchandise due to our error, we will send you a pre-paid RMA for your return.

Any products that might be missing from your order or damaged will be replaced as soon as possible at no additional charge to you, including shipping.
